Microsoft Attack simulator

Hello guys, I recently acquired M365 E5 Security licenses which includes several security features, including the microsoft attack simulator and was looking forward to being able to do phishing simulations with my employees.

However when testing the tool it did not run giving several permission messages and when opening a ticket at microsoft I had the sad news that it is not available for brazil.

Can anyone tell me if it will be available to other countries outside the US or where I can confirm this information?
