AIP client not available as .msi anymore?

Hi is the AIP client in msi format still available?

AzInfoProtection_UL_MSI_for_central_deployment.msi

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/information-protection/rms-client/clientv2-admin-guide-install#install-the-unified-labeling-client-using-the-msi-installer suggests it should be, but only exe versions exist
