@Donal McCarthy What I usually do is "Get" a random project before the "Create" step. That way, during Create, I can just pull those fields from the previous step/existing project (these values don't really change across projects). Let me know if that helps!

@jackieduong I'm trying to create an approval business process flow to Create a Project but am getting stuck with the mandatory fields that are normally hidden (e.g. Contracting Unit, Calendar ID etc.). Am I chasing a lost cause thinking I can use flow to create a project record?

@JSeluga Which flow were you interested in? The Daily Email one - I was able to update it to not use the Outlook Connector... I uploaded it here: https://github.com/OfficeDev/Project-Dynamics-Starters/tree/master/Flow%20Examples if you'd like to try it out!
