Perplexed! Cannot display e-mail contents in Sharepoint?

I'm trying to use Power Automate to send e-mails from a shared mailbox to Sharepoint. The file will create, however the sender, recipient and subject are blank and the date is showing as Monday, January 1, 0001 12:00:00 AM.

Any ideas?
