I have a loan details file (Sample File attached). I want to get calling and visit feedback from each of my team members against each loan details. For these, I am using calling and visit Feedback survey forms - Feedback Link
I want to design a process where I can pre embed loan account details in the Microsoft forms. I don't want my team member to manually enter the loan details provided in the excel file. For Eg. If there are 3000 loan accounts, my team member has to entre each time loan numbers in each form which is time-consuming and will be error-prone.
I believe that this might be possible through power apps. Power Flow or Power Automate. But don't know how to do the same. Please assist.
