Email V2 not saving dynamic content
Hi,
I am trying to set up a flow for when a guest completes a survey it will pull the info I want from the survey and send it to multiple people. When I try to add some dynamic content to the body of the email and click save it doesnt actually save it. Some of the questions save but others don't. Before SavingAfter saving
I'm experiencing same issue. We are a small org. and I used a M-Forms to create a tech ticketing system that then outputs the responses into a M-List. It has been working great for a little over a year, then recently I went into add a new value, and update my flow to include that new value. It was at that time I too started getting the same issue where it doesn't save my values.
From the research I have been doing this morning, it sounds like a bug with the latest release of Co-Pilot. One post I found stated they build a brand new M-Form then tied their Flow to the new form, and re-mapped all the links and it all worked again. I might try that later today.
Side note: Another thing Microsoft broke was the time stamping of form submissions. Late last year all of a sudden time stamps were WAY off. Turned out to be UTC reporting vs my local time. I used a conditional time function to resolve this, which worked. However, as of this morning the times are way off again. I removed that conditional time conversion in the flow and its back to reporting local time again, so the finally resolved that bug.
Kris-K65 if some things are not working on the modern designer it's always worth switching back to the classic designer (the toggle in the far top right of your flow screen).
