Call Azure Logic App from PowerApps

Does anyone know if a "premium" PowerApps or Power Automate license is required to do this? 

I'm referencing this document below and do not see any mention of that.  So would assume that a standard license (ex one that comes with E3) is sufficient when invoking an Azure Logic App.

It can only be used as Custom Connectors. And for using custom connectors a premium license is needed.
