How to let windows 11 "never combine taskbar buttons"?
How to let windows 11 "never combine taskbar buttons"?
- Jul 30, 2024The November 2023 update added “never combined” mode on the taskbar for Windows 11. To find this feature, go to Settings > Personalization > Taskbar > Taskbar behaviors. Set Combine taskbar buttons and hide labels to Never. It also added a separate setting for turning this feature on for other taskbars when you use multiple monitors.

I'm glad its there for you. It is not there for me, and as other people have mentioned, it's not there yet for them. I agree with you, it "should" be there, it "should" have been there from the first Windows 11 build. But it is not. Wy Windows is completely up to date, with all the updates available for me.

MSRX92 I can only suggest you contact MS help
you could also supply a screenshot of Taskbar Settings with Taskbar Behaviors expanded here to help us see the issue.

I am not sure why you are doubting people like myself who say we do not have an upgrade yet. I assume its a slow rollout, as is common with Windows. I oversee several different Windows computers, and it is rare they get upgrades on the same day.

I thought a screen shot would help is because I have an earlier windows 11 update, yet I have never combine. It is far quicker than asking questions.
