- andybryantIron ContributorI hope Microsoft is going to use Copilot to scan through these messages and extract the common themes; then make updates to the roadmap. If you do so, please let the community know!
- jeffreyroseberryBrass ContributorAnd I know it should work well - I use Copilot to ID/categorize themes in a large group chat.
- BillBacoyiannisCopper ContributorThanks George and the team! George would love to catchup to explain the progress our private global company has been using Planner, and perhaps we can talk about some of the improvements from a customer perspective so we can take people out of Trello, ClickUp and others.... Keep this up!

- DanielMongerBrass ContributorAre there plans to be able to change the team a plan has been shared to?
- MichaePaolucciCopper ContributorWhen will Planner for Web be updated and when will the portfolio features be released?
- PeterWielingaCopper ContributorI would like multiple contributors for a task to ALL complete their task before it gets marked as "task complete." For example all need to review, before it completed. However, currently if only one person marks it as done, I is completed in the list. Can that be added?
- skycarpCopper ContributorI have handled this scenario by creating a checklist under the task adding each reviewer as a line item. Then, instead of having the reviewers mark the task complete, they just mark their own name off the checklist. Once all reviewers have finished, you can mark the task complete.

Hi David, I've the same approach and use initials. Do you then also put the task in everyone's name? What's still difficult is that there are few characters per task and the end date can differ per person.
So I now mention [YYMMDD - initial - text].
I know that in Trello you can now name subtasks and that would be very useful in Planner as well.

- QASAS1Copper ContributorWhat are the key differences in functionality between the mobile and web versions of Microsoft Planner, and how can users ensure a seamless experience across both platforms?
- kunalyadavBrass ContributorIs the Project Online web entry point integrated into the New Planner web, similar to Project Home, where users can access Planner, Premium Planner, and Project Online navigations?
- Brian-SmithFormer EmployeeProject Online isn't available as a link in new Planner, Kunal. You could pin a task, and have that task have a link/attachment to PJO, or just have a favourite.
- kunalyadavBrass ContributorWill the Project app icon still be available in the app launcher for navigating to Project Online, even with the introduction of the new Planner web? How can users effectively manage their tasks between Project Online and Planner given the current integration limitations?

Will there be a way to sort the board view? It would be nice to be able to sort sprints ascending and descending based on date.
- Brian-SmithFormer EmployeeGreat suggestion Stephanie, would you expect this sorting to be personal? This is certainly something on the teams radar.
- OwenJonesIron Contributor
I'd say personal more important, although both useful. In general it would be really helpful to have persistence on views across sessions, and more flexibility all round on ordering, grouping, filtering etc.
