Hi @Jason Creighton - could you please explain more precisely what does it mean “[Explicitly Added] Shared Mailbox?". Btw.: the scope you have provided “All Mailbox" does not exist – see screen below. The client version is 16.0.13127.20620 64 bit.

@Gabe Bratton Hey Gabe, I imagine this message is going to come off a bit petulant, but, frankly, I'm angry. The actions above in which I had to go into the account website and remove my work account has broken Teams. I can't login. When I try, it says my organization has not been setup for password...

@Gabe Bratton, It's happening across multiple builds in our environment ranging from v2004 to v2007. I have found other threads on the internet which state people are randomly seeing the same behavior. We know it's not the Exchange index as search works from OWA.
