@timcu, thank you for confirming the solution is working. I have updated the Outlook Team on overall status and they are working on porting the fix to all the channels so long term we have the fix in all the versions and builds.

Thanks @Gabe Bratton . We have users all using on-premises Exchange. Some use their work email username@domain.com for Office 365 activation and one uses username@domain.onmicrosoft.com for office activation. Since the change last Friday, "search" is working for all of them.

Its incredibly frustrating that Microsoft wouldn't honor auto-discover first. Adding their cloud-first configuration that we have no control over besides registry keys that are honored or not based on ninja updates to outlook is not friendly at all and anti-competitive at worst since everyone knows ...
