Rod-F We are actively working on Play My Emails in Outlook for Android and hope to release it some time this Spring.
Michael Fishweicher Please take a screenshot of the error message and file a ticket from Settings/Support. What you describe is not expected behavior -- perhaps your account is not eligible if it's EDU but we need more information to chase it down.
