I can't find a way to expand/collapse all open notebooks ex. collapse all when they open by default expanded. Both MS Office Pro Plus 2010 vsn 14.etc. and MS Office 365 ProPlus vsn 1902.

Hi @Heather-IM ,

Not sure what you mean by "collapse".

Can you elaborate a little?

Hi,

I'm afraid I don't see what you see.

Someone else might jump in.

Kind regards

To specify the usecase:

On the left section, all my notebooks are diplayed.

Is there a way to collapse all notebooks at once - e.g. by a command, keyboard-shortcut or whatever?

Instead of having to collapse each notebook separately by clicking on the arrow?

Desired result:

I found an answer to this dated 2010 ,saying "However, we cannot collapse all the sections under diffrent notebooks at the same time"

My hope was that this has improved meanwhile, since there have been several  requests and it would really save a lot of time.

Would be great to learn if this is now possible or (still) not.

Kind regards

Constanze
