I am working on a new startup, which will distribute a Windows app through Microsoft Store.
My Microsoft account already owns my previous startup, which already has a Windows Dev Center organization account.
Do I have to create a new Microsoft (e.g. Outlook/Live) account in order to sign up my new startup to Windows Dev Center as a separate entity? My new startup already has an Azure AD, and email there is managed through a custom domain with Microsoft 365.
