Error missing MSIX 3000.851.1712.0

Error MSIX package version >= 3000.851.1712.0

I uninstalled McAfee and after re-installing a lower level McAfee product for 3 users I get the MSIX package error every time I reboot even after I click on yes to install a compatible MSIX package and install any of the 1.3 packages or the new 1.4 stable package.

It appears whatever needs this 1.3000.851.1712.0 MSXI package doesn't get satisfied by any of Microsoft Windows 1.3 or 1.4 MSXI installs.

I don't know what McAfee uninstalled with their uninstall program but it appears they uninstalled some shared Windows MSXI software that should have been left installed. Leave it to McAfee to create more problems then it can prevent!!
