AppInstaller capabilities disclosure

The AppInstaller (OS 20H2) does not show all capabilities listed in the manifest.  I will attach two images:

1. The FOUR capabilities listing of a package, and 
2. TWO of those disclosed during App installation (double clicking on the package).
