David Hed How are you verifying the registry entries are not being seen in the container? Have you tried to open regedit and/or odbcad32 inside the package (e.g. by using Hover)?

I do see the registry entries in the package.  When I run the package on a test machine, I don't see the entries there (check using regedit).
