Earlier this year we announced 28 partnerships with industry-leading solution providers in HR, learning, well-being, and many more - Partners like Workday, Saba, ServiceNow, SAP SuccessFactors, and more
With Microsoft Viva now generally available, we are also making several of these partner integrations available at the same time—and many more in the coming months, along with public APIs so that you can integrate additional solutions that are key to your organization’s employee experience.
Starting today, Viva’s extensible platform will enable you to extend your existing investments in leading solutions such as Qualtrics, Coursera, Headspace and many more by better connecting them and making them available right within Viva.
The same extensibility is also available for developers to integrate your organization’s internal and custom-built solutions, starting with Viva Connections and coming soon with APIs for Viva Topics, Viva Insights and Viva Learning as well.
This ease of integration will help expand the discoverability and use of your existing systems and tools as well as engage your employees with even richer Viva experiences.
We are thrilled to announce that Microsoft Viva will now support the following partner integrations:
*Coming by the end of January 2022
Viva is experienced via Microsoft Teams. With nearly 250 million MAU on Teams, Viva provides a great opportunity for developers to build apps using familiar frameworks such as SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Adaptive Cards and Microsoft Graph etc. To learn more about how you can build industry leading apps on Viva and deliver them to customers right in their flow of work, please visit our new Microsoft Viva Developer page.
Additionally, for ease of integration, the Viva Connections toolkit is available now, while the 3P content support for Viva Topics is coming to preview in 2022. The Viva Insights and Viva Learning APIs will be available in 2022 as well.
But don’t just take my word for it; let’s hear from some of our latest additions to the Microsoft Viva family:
“We are excited to be a featured learning partner in the Microsoft Viva Learning experience, where Pluralsight users can access our best-in-class content directly within the Viva platform. This integration will provide convenient access to our joint customers to the tools they need to master the necessary technology skills that will move their businesses forward.”
- Brandon Peay, EVP, Skills at Pluralsight
Today Workday has over 55 million users representing more than 9,000 customers, many of which run on Microsoft 365. Microsoft’s investments in building Microsoft Viva, an employee experience platform that is built from the ground up to be extensible, provides Workday a new powerful way to make these users more productive. Our customers rely on us to make their Workday experiences more accessible and intuitive through these kinds of intelligent integrations.
- Josh Lannin, Vice President – Workspace Platforms, Workday
Experience data is becoming the most valuable data in an organization and is critical to business success today and tomorrow. This collaboration brings together behavioral data from Microsoft Viva and experience data from Qualtrics to make our joint insights even more actionable. This enables companies to deliver next-level employee experiences by capturing real-time employee sentiment within their flow of work.
- Brad Anderson, President of Products and Services, Qualtrics
