What is a good bcm replacement?
Hello,
I am very happy with eWay-CRM. You can read more about this sofware on their web: https://www.eway-crm.com/
At first, I wasn't sure as I have never heard of it before, however, it turned out to be perfect for me.
I recommend to try the free trial first and then decide whether you like it or not.
Before eWay, I had bcm too. I decided to give eWay a chance after reading this article:

Hope this helps

Hello,
happy to see someone has mentioned eWay, as I am the Consultant for https://www.eway-crm.com/

eWay-CRM allows you to track leads and deals, manage projects, save communications, set up auto-reminders, merge e-mails and much more to elevate your established processes.
It’s possible to work with eWay-CRM offline, as all data is automatically synced once you go online. Moreover, there are mobile apps available for both Android and iOS phones as well.If you would like to try our 30 day Trial of eWay-CRM Premium for multiple users for free, just go on https://www.eway-crm.com/price/.

Hello George,
how did you deal with GDPR? I have a bunch of European clients and I want a CRM system that complies with the law. Second question: Is there a way to make some data visible only to a part of the team? We are quite a big company with a group of managers as well as technicians and sales reps. I want to know my clients' data will be safe and only visible to those who need to see them.
Thank you

Hello,
thank you for asking me, happy to help.As for GDPR, our software is fully compliant. You can read https://www.eway-crm.com/blog/gdpr-crm-sure-eway-crm/on our blog, more hyperlinks leading to articles with a similar topic are included.
As for setting user permissions, eWay-CRM is pretty advanced with that. A lot of our clients need that, because as you said, certain data are only supposed to be seen by certain members of the team. You can read more about that in https://www.eway-crm.com/how-to-start-using-outlook-crm/how-to-set-up-user-permissions/.Don't hesitate to ask further questions.
