I would like to securely copy/ export my To Do list(s) with minimal time expense.

Hi H_a__k_f__9__s_O,
If you're using Microsoft To Do and want to export your lists and tasks from Outlook, you can easily do so as Microsoft To Do syncs automatically with Outlook Tasks¹². Here's a step-by-step guide:
- Sign in to Outlook.com using the same Microsoft account linked to Microsoft To Do.
- Click on the cog icon to access your Settings and then select "View full settings".
- Navigate to "General" in the left-hand menu.
- Choose "Export" from the middle navigation pane.
- Finally, click on "Export Mailbox" to save all your lists and tasks.

For those using MS Outlook, you can also export tasks to a file with these steps:
- Open Outlook.
- Go to the File menu.
- Select "Open & Export".
- Choose "Import/Export".
- Indicate that you want to export data to a file.
- Opt for the desired format (PST).
- Choose "Outlook tasks" in the folder list.
- Save the result to complete the operation.
