Now in public preview: Missed Call Actionability for Activity Feed

Description

Activity Feeds team is glad to announce the launch of Missed Call Actionability in Teams Activity. The feature is a step towards helping users complete the underlying task quickly and improve triaging of notifications. Please try it out and share your feedback. We would love to hear from you.

 

How to enable

This is enabled by default for all the preview users.

Users can simply click on ‘Call’ button in the missed call activity item in activity feed. Once clicked, a call will be made directly to the caller.

Enable your Teams client for public preview

1. First, IT admins need to set an update policy that turns on Show preview features. Learn how at  Public preview in Microsoft Teams - Microsoft Teams | Microsoft Docs.  
2. Users then choose to join the public preview individually. See  Get early access to new Teams features - Office Support (microsoft.com) for instructions.
