Unable to play the video on MS stream during teams meeting

I am able to play the video from MS stream from the SharePoint and the app however when I am presenting my screen through MS TEAMS meeting,the video pauses and refuses to play. This was working absolutely fine until recently. I am using Android. Any idea if something has changed?

    Savita_Hebbali - Can you explain in more detail what you were doing that isn't working anymore? I don't fully follow it. 

     

    You were using some mobile app to play the video on your Android phone? What app? 

    Then you were using Teams mobile app to be in a call and wanted to screen share your mobile phone with the video playing? And before it worked and now the app playing the video stops? 

     

    Can you give more steps and specific apps you were using where?

      Marc Mroz Thank you for your prompt response. I am trying to play a video saved in Microsoft Stream (SharePoint) during Microsoft Teams meeting via screen share. I am using a Samsung tablet running Android 13

       

      Apps used - Microsoft Stream and Microsoft Teams

       

      Below are the steps followed:

       

      1. Login to MS Stream to access the video files saved on the SharePoint.

      2. The video from MS Stream works perfectly until I login to MS TEAMS.

      3.I join the meeting on MS TEAMS to host and share my screen to play the video from MS stream.

      4.Once I share the screen and play the video from MS stream,it doesn't work.

       

      Please note other Windows and Mac users are able to screen share and play the video from MS Stream. I seem to have a problem running the video during screen share on Android.
