How do I make a link to a Sharepoint video that will autoplay?

I'm clicking on a lot of links to SharePoint videos (made via the share link). It's frustrating that I have to click start every time.

Can I specify a link to a video that will autoplay?

Is there be an playbackOptions setting like start time?

Never mind. I see its a browser thing and Chrome blocks it. I see I can use a command option to allow.
