Embed code issue
I have videos in a Sharepoint site that I embed in a course in our LMS using the embed code. I also provide a direct link to the video below the embedded video. The link is set to allow anyone in our tenant to view. When users access the course, the embedded videos say they don't have access, but clicking the direct link works fine. Once they click the direct link, they can come back to the page in the course and the embedded video works. So what is wrong with the embed code?

Embed codes don’t use sharing links unfortunately. You have to assign permissions to the file in SharePoint directly. Either grant your course students access to the SP site, library, folder, or the specific video file.
Share links only grant access after someone clicks the link.
