Download Permissions in Microsoft Stream

How do I prevent videos posted in Microsoft Stream from being downloaded?

I don't see options from preventing videos from downloading in my personal Microsoft Stream Settings in my work profile. I have noticed that videos posted in the Corporate Level that is available for all employees to view, does not have functionality to download. I'm asking because I'm working on a project where we don't want users to download educational videos because those videos can be updated, and the user might continue to view old versions.
