CC button not displaying on video play in Stream on Sharepoint

I have uploaded a video to Stream on Sharepoint and generated the transcript; however, I can't view the closed captions as the CC Button is not displaying on the player toolbar. 

Any advice is greatly appreciated.

This issue resolved itself. The cc button has suddenly reappeared.
