My clients' scenario is playing Stream videos using Google Chrome, while connected thru Citrix, he can't hear any audio on his Mac. Same thing for the YouTube videos. All other audio works fine, both in the Citrix environment and natively on my Mac. Microsoft Teams audio works in Citrix from Mac, but not stream.
1. Chrome in Citrix is Version 79.0.3945.130 (Official Build) (64-bit)
2. Citrix Workspace Version 20.01.0
3. High Sierra Version 10.13.6
I know this is a very specific scenario, but I don't have a Mac that I can test with (client resides in a different state).
Anyone facing this issue?
