Is Microsoft Stream API api available now in 2019 ?

I am keen to integrate MS Stream rest and have been waiting since last year, Purpose is to only show the content of the User MS Stream account. I went through many related forum links where I found that API would be available till 2018 Q4 that is passed but still, I did not get any documentation and my comment 's reply related to API, If I missed the documentation then please tell me else then when API support would be available ? and if is there any way to achieve my purpose, Please Help.

Now video's are stored in SharePoint you can use APIs based on the Microsoft Graph Files API for basic video operations.

@Christopher Hoard I read that and am still none the wiser as to WHEN Stream will become the comically named "Stream (on Sharepoint) ". We're in the middle of developing a mobile app and need to know when Stream urls will flip to SP.

About halfway down, you can download the feature compare. It is not a singular event but elements are being rolled out. The new Stream web portal is now currently available it went into live 28/06/2021. The URL is https://stream.office.com

AFAIK they are currently working on transitioning the player. Redirection links for the Stream Portal will likely come around the time when migrations occur later in the year or early 2022 when the have the migration tools based upon mover

Thanks all for the info.
It seems the files are now all stored in OneDrive(SharePoint). Is this the case
About the videos that have been previously stored in streams itself.

In regrads to the below

How can i use graph api t retrieve these videos?
