Purview Access Policy - Privacy reviewer

Hey all,

I am setting up access policies for data products under un PurView, and I expected to allocate a privacy reviewer, but this is not the case. There is only a checkbox showing that a compliance review is required.

Why is the privacy reviewer chosen by the data consumer in the request access form?

Does it mean that the consumer can choose whomever they see fit? Or is there a different place to set up the compliance reviewers?
