Auto labelling exception

Copper Contributor

We want physical addresses to be considered confidential, I have the label setup for this through an auto-labeling policy as I couldnt see a way to add exceptions on the label it self.

The issue I have is that our company's physical address is on our email signature, which is added through exclaimer after the email is sent.   On replies to emails and our signature is visible to our users, the policy detects and changes it to confidential which we don't want.   I added a sensitive information type that was a keyword list with our address in and added that as an exception to the auto labeling policy but it doesn't seem to work and nothing seems to be detected through the all physical addresses test policy, even if I type in a completely different address into the body of the email.

Any guidance on how to get around this?

update; because I added the exclusion it's not hitting the policy at all so obviously wont be auto-labeled. From the list of options for exclusion, I cant see one that's suitable.
