I need to implement a policy to remove all the documents shared in Teams 1:1 chat. I can clear the chat history but attachments were not getting deleted.
hence I followed article Auto-apply labels to cloud attachments , created the policy. It looks like this is not working even after 7 days. Please let me know how can i troubleshoot ?

Thanks for posting here, and I'm sorry it took so long for you to get a response!
When you created the label policy, which locations did you set it against? You should have one for SharePoint and OneDrive and then one for Teams itself, is that right?

@miller34mike Thanks for the response. I set for OneDrive. basically I need to remove the attachments from Teams. These attachments will be saved in OneDrive wright. So i updated only the OneDrive for entire organization . But for some reason , Label is applying to the file saved in preservation hold library but file not getting deleted. Appreciate if you can help.
