Using Teams Automate Server Usage Notice
Hello,
We have a team of 10+ people and use many servers (5+) for different testing and workflow purposes. Currently, everyone has to notify everyone in the team chat that he/she is using the server, therefore, no one should have access to that server. Sometimes people miss these chats and end up booting the server etc taabie...
On the face of it I'm trying to see if there are any plugins or anything available on Teams where we can add the servers we have and we can see different information like who is using the server at the time, are any servers free, when was that last used etc. Please provide some ideas! I really appreciate your time!
