Unable to retrieve D365 F&O database backup

Hi all,

We are in the implementation phase of Microsoft D365 F&O for our organization. Unfortunately, our license got expired on 17-May-2022 and since neither we are able to access D365's UAT through URL nor we are able to retrieve the database backup.

When we are entering into our UAT environment through LCS, we are getting the following message:

Can anyone please let me know if there is any option to generate database backup of the existing data?

Support is available through LCS, this will require Microsoft to assist so raise a support request in LCS
