Problem with Power BI Learning Collection Lab - Model data in Power BI Desktop, Part 2

I've attempted this lab several times and can't seem to get the correct result in Task 2, Step 19

I feel like I've followed every step exactly. What subtle thing am I missing in order to get the expected result?

I had done this exercise last year and it seems to be working fine. I have attached expected data model screenshot, hopefully this helps.
