Planner Task list - Master Copy

Hi All - 

I am trying to come up with the best solution for creating a master task list/ planner in Teams.   I have several projects or Teams that are not affiliated with each other but the task list are all the same.  Can I create a master task list, replicate it and assign it to multiple teams separately?   Or is there a better method?
