Hi,
I have recently installed Palo Alto global protect 6.0 on corporate running windows 10 authenticated by yubikey enabled with sso for smart card.
Although the default windows credential provider using smart card pin was pushed by gpo but the default login provider became username/password represented by the key icon.
This caused a lot of confusion because end users will enter the smart card pin but windows is actually authenticating based on password.
Now, at the first instance if we don’t enter any inputs at the first instance and wait for a while, on the next login screen, it will jump back to smart card provider as default .
Not sure if it is a windows issue or global protect issue .
If anyone has encountered this issue or resolved the problem, pls help to advice …
