owa cache issue

Hi,

I would like to know how to clear owa cache? Actually, I'm not sure if the below issue is because of cache, just trying my luck if you have any idea how to fix it.

Scenario: 

I wanted to send a page link using hotmail.com, then when I paste the link, it will auto embed(?) the featured box (this box is within the crm platform that i am using - I've asked their support team about it but also not fixed).
