Microsoft Forms - Branching Issue

Wondering if I could get some guidance. I use MS Forms with branching on a regular basis. However, I'm having trouble successfully branching this survey. The first screenshot shows the applied logic, and the second screenshot shows the Preview. Am I missing something or doing something wrong? Thank you!
