Microsoft 365 E5 Developer subscription - Unable to get 25 user licenses

Hi,

Earlier under Microsoft 365 Developer Program, we can get Microsoft 365 developer subscription with 25 user licenses and build our solutions.

But now, we are unable to find these benefits. Need your advise. Kindly do the needful. 

It's for MS 900.

1. Are you an MCT?
2. If so ,you can activate the developer subscription from https://my.visualstudio.com/
3. You should not use this subscription for delivering training, it is for your own development and testing. You should be using an Authorized Lab Hosting company to provide you the environment for training
