Have not received passing mail

I have passed AZ-104 certification exam but I have not received passing mail as well as certification yet

Hi raneumesh97,
There are a few possible reasons for this:
- It may take up to 24 hours for your passing email and certification to be processed.
- Your passing email may have been sent to your spam folder (check your spam folder).
- Your certification may be pending review.
If you have waited more than 24 hours and have checked your spam folder, please contact Microsoft Support at (Certification support | Microsoft Learn) so that they can assist you.
In the meantime, you can verify that you have passed the exam by checking your Microsoft Certification Dashboard. To do this, please follow these steps:
- Go to the Microsoft Learn website.
- Click on the "Sign in" button in the top right corner of the page.
- Enter your Microsoft account credentials and click on the "Sign in" button.
- Once you are logged in, click on the "My Profile" and "My Certifications" tab.
- Your AZ-104 certification should be listed under the "Passed" section.
