Excel 2021 substitute for Scrapbook

I just upgraded to Excel 2021 & learned the Scrapbook feature no longer available. I frequently make a list of items that I copy & paste to various spreadsheets. Now unable to find a method to perform this copy & paste & retain my list until no longer required.

I hope my explanation of requirement clear.. The clip board does not allow to retain list for multiple uses.
