Cross Tenant OneDrive Migration

Hello,

 

I am facing in issue to acheive a cross tenant OneDrive Migration, when i run Get-SPOCrossTenantHostUrl i have the error : The cross-tenant content move feature is not enabled for
this tenant ( in the source and target tenant i have the same error)

Related to the microsoft documentation we must turn off service encryption with Customer Key enabled.

For my side, i dont remember that i turn onn these feature.

Can one have an idea how to verify and turn off these functionnality.

    I am facing the same issue. Logged with Support but no resolution. Massively frustrating. I am using a Office 365 Dev tenant for testing and validation.
