Unable to set fingerprint on devices
Hi all,
Can someone help, I know this is set by org but not sure how I enable so staff can set fingerprint on their devices. Any ideas?

It looks like your organization has disabled Windows Hello for Business.
There are multiple way to disable windows hello For business
Can you check the following
Open Intune portal -> click on devices -> Windows -> Windows enrollment -> Windows hello for Business
I think it is configured as below print screen
Change the disabled setting to not configured or enabled and you are able to use fingerprint.
The other option to check is if the identity protection profile is configured
You can find this under devices -> Configuration profiles -> Identity Protection profile
