Microsoft Launcher issues

I want to use Microsoft launcher on my android devices to set the wallpaper. This works but users can easily change it back by going into the normal android settings. They can even change the default launcher in here or easily in the Microsoft launcher app with the switch app button. How do I prevent this?

@4UCSCameron To prevent user switch default launcher, you can configure Microsoft Launcher as default launcher with a device restriction configuration in the Intune portal. 

And then if you don't want user to change the wallpaper, you can set configuration key "com.microsoft.launcher.Wallpaper.Url.UserChangeAllowed" as false, then the wallpaper will always reset to the one you configured even users change the wallpaper from android settings.
