Managed Home Screen - Allow phone calls

I have around 80 Galaxy TabA8's all setup in MHS mode (Kiosk Multi-app). The devices are locked down well and users enjoy the interface. I am needing to include the ability to make and receive calls on the tablets. I have it at the point now where i can send and receive text messages and send USSD codes, however when an incoming call is received the device rings but i can't answer the call (there is no visual notification of the incoming call). What app would i need to approve to display the incoming call notification and be able to answer?

    It seems like this has been discussed/resolved here already, i managed to get this working now.

        Hey LSH-80
        I think you need to deploy the phone app as a android system app and add it to the conifguration profile -> Device experience
