iOS Enrolment Changed?

It seems the iOS enrolment has now changed and isn’t working onboarding devices. Choosing user enrolment for personal devices and choosing secure work apps and data. After downloading the profile it’s asking the user to sign in and rather than the Microsoft signin page like it used to be it’s prefilling a managed apple id page with their work email address and errors with ‘you need to use a managed apple id’. Anyone know what’s going on?
