Intune Feature Update without Windows Version upgrade

I'm trying to setup Feature Update policies in Intune to update my Windows 10 machines to the latest Windows 10, and Windows 11 machines to the latest Windows 11, but NOT to upgrade Windows 10 machines to Windows 11.

The Windows 10 to latest Windows 10 is dead easy. The problem is I cannot see how to setup a Feature Update policy to deploy the latest Windows 11 without that policy trying to upgrade Windows 10 machines to Windows 11.

Or am I missing something?
