Deploying Office 365 via Intune - issue after Office Update
Emmanuel705 It looks like the Office Deployment Team (separate from Intune) is addressing how Teams is or is not included with Office deployments and that it is a relatively recent change. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/deployoffice/teams-install
I saw that the other day as well, would need to test is if it also applies to Office 365 Business as well as ProPlus. and would need to test with Monthly or SACT update channel as it is not rolling out to SAC channel until July 9, 2019.
Emmanuel705you can also address the Teams installer as a seperate Intune Client App - Line-of-business app using the teams MSI installers https://aka.ms/teams32bitmsi https://aka.ms/teams64bitmsi
ensure that when you set the App conifugration that you turn on "Ignore app version" as Teams is self-updating
Or if you wanted more control of the package and checking installed version etc make it an "Windows app (Win32)" client app and use either the Teams_windows_x64.exe or the Teams_windows_x64.msi and configure application detection rules. with this you will need to download the Microsoft Win32 Content Prep Tool (https://github.com/Microsoft/Microsoft-Win32-Content-Prep-Tool) to create the .intunewin file
