Cloud PC in grace period

Hello ,

I have the Compliance of some Cloud PC in grace period .i have seen that in endpoint portal under windows 365. when i try to connect to them i have this message error  : 

we were unable to connect because there are currently no resources available ...

and the status of these Cloud PC in Provisionned.

i tried restart/reprovisioned but i can't connect
