Change device category to corporate

Is there an alternative way to change the properties of a device to corporate? I can change it in the web gui but it do not remembers the ownership state....

I was wondering if you found a solution.

We have an issue that the Device Category is greyed out. Users have Microsoft 365 Business Premium License. Hybrid-Joined Windows 10 but can not change to Corporate.

Have a Ticket with Microsoft but they don’t get back to us.

Any Idea?

@PeterH That was an old posting ;-). We are able to change devices from personal to corporate.
