cant open the onedrive client - nothing happens

Hi all, 

I cant seem to open the onedrive client which I need for devices to start using the redirect folder feature. When I click Microsoft one drive nothing happens even on admin. I haven't got any polices to block onedrive from opening either. 

Any ideas?
